Safety & Security
Is it safe to send my credit card?
Yes, absolutely. We use secure, insured shipping with tracking. Your card is stored in a locked, secure cabinet at our workshop with 24/7 surveillance. We follow strict chain-of-custody protocols and are fully insured.
Will my card still work after customization?
Yes, in most cases your card will continue to function normally. However, we cannot guarantee bank acceptance of modified cards. Please check with your bank before ordering. We are not responsible if your bank rejects the modified card.
Do you store my card information?
No. We follow PCI DSS compliance guidelines. We only store the last 4 digits of your card number for identification purposes. We never store full card numbers, CVV, PIN, or magnetic stripe data.
What if my card is lost or damaged?
We have comprehensive insurance coverage. If your card is lost or damaged during our process, we will cover the replacement cost. Please contact support immediately if this occurs.
Is my card data secure?
Yes. Our workshop has physical security measures including cameras, locked storage, and access controls. Digital data is encrypted and we follow industry best practices for data protection.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
UAE orders: 1-2 days for box delivery, 1-2 days for final card delivery. GCC orders: 2-3 days for box, 2-3 days for card. International: 5-10 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs vary by destination. Please use our shipping calculator during checkout for accurate rates.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
All shipments require signature confirmation. If you're not available, the courier will leave a notice and you can reschedule delivery or pick up from their location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive tracking numbers for both the box shipment and final card shipment. Track in real-time via our order tracking page or directly with the carrier.
What's included in the box?
The Smart Box includes: secure card holder, pre-paid return shipping label, QR code for confirmation, step-by-step instructions, and packaging materials.
Design & Customization
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files. Minimum resolution: 2048x1280px (3.375" x 2.125" at 600 DPI). Maximum file size: 10MB.
Can I use any design?
Yes, as long as it doesn't violate copyright or contain offensive content. We reserve the right to reject designs that are inappropriate or infringe on intellectual property.
Do you offer design services?
We provide a gallery of pre-designed templates you can use. For custom design work, we recommend working with a designer or using AI tools like Midjourney (we provide guides).
What personalization options are available?
You can add text on the front or back, choose from various fonts, select text position and color, and add laser or CNC engraving.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Yes! Our configurator includes a 3D preview where you can rotate and view your card design from all angles before placing your order.
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What is your refund policy?
If your card is damaged during our process, we'll provide a full refund. If you cancel before production starts, we refund 80%. Once production begins, no refunds are available. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, we charge 5% VAT for UAE orders as required by law. International orders may be subject to local taxes and customs duties.
When is payment charged?
Payment is charged immediately when you complete checkout. We only begin production after payment is confirmed.
Technical
How long does production take?
Production takes 5-7 business days from when we receive your card at our workshop. This includes material preparation, design application, personalization, and quality control.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
We have a quality control process and will send you photos before shipping. If there's a defect or error on our part, we'll remake the card at no cost. If you're simply not satisfied with your design choice, we cannot offer a refund once production is complete.
Can I order multiple cards?
Yes! You can add multiple card designs to your cart and checkout together. Each card is customized individually.
Do you offer rush orders?
Currently we don't offer rush orders. All cards go through our standard 5-7 day production process to ensure quality.
What if my card doesn't fit the standard size?
We work with standard credit card dimensions (85.60 × 53.98 mm). If your card is non-standard, please contact us before ordering to discuss feasibility.
